Withdrawal from the contract
This is a convenience translation. Only the German version is legally binding.
Voluntary right of withdrawal
Your contractual partner is EPATRONIC Systems GmbH; EUTHENIA is its cloud platform. The platform is directed at entrepreneurs (Unternehmer), for whom no statutory right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) exists. We nevertheless voluntarily grant you a right of withdrawal (Rücktrittsrecht) (§ 5(3) of the General Terms and Conditions (AGB)): you may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days of the first debit of a plan booked in EUTHENIA. The free trial period does not count towards this period. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the declaration before the period expires.
Declare your withdrawal in text form (Textform) – most easily using the online form below or by email to [email protected] – to EPATRONIC Systems GmbH, Altrottstr. 31, 69190 Walldorf.
Consequences of withdrawal
Following a withdrawal within the deadline, we end your subscription and refund all payments you have made for the plan within 14 days via the same means of payment. Use of EUTHENIA ends when the withdrawal is processed. Your data remains available for export (§ 10 of the AGB).
