Shop builder
Templates and sections with your colours and copy: a home page with hero image, categories, bestsellers and a magazine. Your own domain with an automatic certificate.
Order = document
Every order becomes an order confirmation in the ERP, reserves the stock and leads via the delivery note to the invoice – also as an e-invoice.
Stripe and PayPal
Your customers pay via your own Stripe or PayPal account. The money goes straight to you – with no transaction fee from us.
Shipping & dropshipping
Shipments with tracking history and expected delivery day. Goods you don’t stock yourself are shipped by your suppliers – ordered by e-mail or via AliExpress.
Withdrawals & returns
Withdrawal, return and refund with a credit note in the ERP; the goods go back into stock, the money goes back via Stripe.
Prices & variants
Variants from the item master, price lists with quantity breaks for B2B, RRP, happy-hour prices and the lowest price of the last 30 days as required by the German Price Indication Ordinance (PAngV).
AI copy and photos
Product descriptions and product photos with AI – every photo appears in the shop only after you have approved it.
Reviews & feeds
Reviews only after a purchase and with consent; feeds for Google Merchant Center and Meta, structured data and sitemap.
Analytics without cookies
Visits and revenue per shop, counted on the server – without cookies and without third-party tracking.
Legal texts
Maintain the legal notice, terms, withdrawal policy and privacy policy yourself or keep them up to date automatically via the IT-Recht Kanzlei interface; withdrawal button included.
GoBD & e-invoicing
Invoices and credit notes are created in the ERP: numbered consecutively, as XRechnung or ZUGFeRD, with an export for your tax advisor.

Shops and ERP run in data centres in Germany – developed and supported by our team in Walldorf.
How it works
From order to invoice – without an interface
The shop is not a separate system next to your merchandise management: it works directly on the items, stock, customers and documents of your ERP.

Ordered
The customer pays via Stripe or PayPal. The ERP creates the order confirmation, reserves the stock and adds the customer.

Shipped
Delivery note with tracking number, partial deliveries included; the customer receives the shipping e-mail with the expected delivery day.

Invoiced
The invoice is created automatically with the payment – also as an e-invoice – and is ready in the ERP for accounting and export.

Returned
On withdrawal: credit note in the ERP, refund via the payment provider, and the goods are booked back into stock.

Every order is a document
No order is exported, imported or reconciled: it is created as an order confirmation in the ERP, deducted from stock on shipping and invoiced with the payment. Customers, documents and stock are the same as in your store or your wholesale business.

- Dropshipping lines go to the supplier – by e-mail or via AliExpress
Pricing
Prices that stay legally compliant
Price lists per shop, customer group or individual customer, with quantity breaks and validity dates. Prices are never overwritten, only ended – so the shop always knows the lowest price of the last 30 days, which the German Price Indication Ordinance requires for every price reduction.

Customers know when their parcel will arrive
Every shipment has a tracking history and an expected delivery day – including goods your supplier ships directly. If a shipment gets stuck, EUTHENIA flags it in a daily e-mail before the customer has to ask.
